Surrogacy processes are very delicate and complex, requiring extensive know-how to ensure everything goes smoothly. Children gestated in Ukraine can be adopted in Spain after presenting a court ruling that establishes their parentage.

Within surrogacy processes, there are countries where it is strongly inadvisable to operate, such as India, the Philippines, or Vietnam.
