LAWYER SPECIALIZING IN SURROGACY, HEALTHCARE, AND CIVIL LAW
Beatriz holds a degree in Law and Political Science and a diploma in Nursing from the University of Valencia. After completing her undergraduate studies, she combined the MBA in International Business Management from ICEX with the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession, which she completed with a final project reviewing the legal aspects and resolutions of surrogacy in Spain.
Before practicing law, Beatriz worked as a nurse in several neonatal and adult intensive care units, as well as in some assisted human reproduction clinics. Additionally, Beatriz has lived in China, Germany, and Mexico, working for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai on business internationalization and at the German Parliament with a political lobby. Her stays abroad have given her a broad perspective on International Law and a deep understanding of how to approach it.
Thanks to her multidisciplinary background, Beatriz has a thorough understanding of all legal aspects of any judicial process, with added knowledge and expertise in the healthcare field.
In the field of Law, Beatriz has worked for the prestigious firm Cuatrecasas in the litigation and arbitration area. She has also served as Head of the Legal Department at one of the country’s leading consulting firms in surrogacy for over three years.
