In our firm, we handle your guidance from the beginning and have the necessary expertise to carry out all tasks involved in this process with complete trust and quality, as well as professional relationships with law firms in the destination countries, assisted reproduction clinics, agencies, insurance companies, and all types of businesses needed for the process.
Here are some of the phases of the process, which involve significant legislative work, requiring extensive knowledge of the law and bureaucratic procedures, as well as thorough supervision by a Spanish lawyer:
- Evaluation of the individual or couple regarding the necessary requirements to carry out a surrogacy process in the chosen country.
- Contracts with gamete donors.
- Contracts with clinics and agencies in the destination countries.
- Management of trusts.
- Formalization of agreements with the surrogates who will assist in this process.
- Evaluation of the medical procedures carried out during the process to ensure compliance with regulations and binding contracts.
- Selection of appropriate medical insurance to cover any medical costs.
- Birth registration of the newborn with the corresponding legal procedure in the destination country and/or Spain, depending on the case.
If you are interested in starting a family through surrogacy, we can advise you and handle all the procedures: from choosing the destination country to the complete legal registration of the newborn in Spain.
