LAWYER SPECIALIZED IN SURROGACY, HEALTH AND CIVIL DOCTOR
Beatriz has a degree in Law and Political Science and a diploma in Nursing from the University of Valencia. Once she finished her undergraduate studies, she combined her MBA in International Business Management at ICEX with a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, which she concluded with a final review project on the legal aspects and resolutions of surrogacy in Spain.
Prior to practicing law, Beatriz worked as a nurse for several neonatal and adult intensive care units, as well as for an assisted human reproduction clinic. Beatriz has also lived in China, Germany and Mexico working for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai in the field of internationalization of companies and in the German Parliament as part of a political lobby. His stays abroad have given him a broad vision of international law and an in-depth knowledge of how to approach it.
Thanks to her multidisciplinary background, Beatriz has a perfect understanding of all legal aspects of any judicial process, with added knowledge and value in the medical-health field.
In the field of law, Beatriz has worked for the prestigious law firm Cuatrecasas in the area of litigation and arbitration. She has also been the legal director of one of the main surrogacy consultancies in our country for more than 3 years.
