Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys
The Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Lawyers (AAAA) is an organization created in the United States and comprised of approximately 470 highly qualified attorneys from around the world dedicated to the competent and ethical practice of adoption and assisted reproduction law.
The AAAA is an accredited non-profit organization of attorneys, judges and legal professionals dedicated to the competent and ethical practice of adoption and assisted reproduction. AAAA’s mission is to advocate for laws and policies to protect the best interests of children, the legal status of families formed through adoption and assisted reproduction, as well as the rights of all interested parties.
Beatriz Huerga is part of this exclusive group of professionals, fighting alongside the rest of the members for the recognition of families and ethical practices, attending and participating in the conventions organized by the AAAA several times a year.
American Bar Association
The American Bar promotes legal education, competence, ethical conduct and professionalism of the highest quality, as well as public and pro bono service by the legal profession.
On the other hand, it promotes full and equal participation in the association and in the justice system of all people, eliminating bias in the legal profession and the justice system.
Finally, it has working groups on specific branches of Law, with surrogacy being within its Family Law Group, of which we are a part, staying up to date with any updates in this regard and attending its annual events.
European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology
The main objective of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology is to promote interest and understanding of reproductive biology and medicine.
ESHRE collaborates globally and advocates for universal improvements in scientific research and harmonization in clinical practice. It also provides guidance that improves safety and quality assurance in clinical and laboratory procedures, as they consider infertility to be a major health problem.
ESHRE also collaborates with politicians and legislators across Europe. Her commitment to legislators is to advocate for better policies for people affected by infertility and for professionals involved in medically assisted reproduction.
